At SkinMedix we offer several different peel options. Depending upon your skin type and condition, your clinician will choose the best peel to help improve skin tone & texture, soften fine lines, refine pores and improve acne. For best results, we recommend a series of treatments.
SkinCeuticals MicroPeels – “The Lunch Time Peel”
We offer several different MicroPeels and the extent of the exfoliation depends on the type and concentration of the AHA used. At high concentrations, AHA’s function as peeling agents which act more rapidly and at a deeper level. At lower concentrations, the peel will be superficial and can soften & smooth your skin, brighten your complexion, shrink pores and reduce discoloration, all with little to no social downtime. Classic MicroPeel Treatment
First, dead skin cells are gently removed through Dermaplaning, which is similar to shaving. Then the peel solution is applied for approximately 10 – 15 minutes. You may experience mild, temporary stinging and itching. Once the peel action has stopped, treatment serums and creams are applied. Immediately following your micro peel, you can return to your usual activities. $150
